Returns and refunds

Please contact us at info@medi-materials.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrived defective or you received an incorrect size, please contact us and we will work with you to replace it.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions.
