“It all starts with the heart.”
That’s our slogan, and for the many people we’ve helped, it definitely rings true. At Medi-Materials, we work to provide unique medical solutions for those suffering from advanced heart failure. We strive to find and implement long-term solutions to help them navigate their new lifestyle.
Living with advanced heart failure is difficult, particularly with mechanical ventricular support. LVAD therapy solves the larger problem faced by advanced heart failure sufferers, yet creates multiple smaller issues that rob them of the comfort and peace of mind they deserve.
After listening to the everyday challenges and hurdles faced by our beloved patients, we knew there had to be a better way. We knew we could help.
This is why Medi-Materials was founded.
Our goals are threefold:
- Improve the lives of our patients by providing products to protect their life sustaining equipment, and enable them more freedom in their daily lives.
- Develop intelligent and efficient solutions to common problems voiced within the cardiovascular community, making day-to-day tasks simpler and safer.
- Utilize smart and cutting-edge technology in achieving our first two goals.
Our pioneering invention was the Protex DL driveline protector, an enveloping sheath made of cut-resistant material designed to reduce the risk of catastrophic driveline damage. But we didn’t stop there. We are so pleased to present our latest invention, the Freedom Undervest.
This LVAD shirt is an undergarment which was designed to safely and comfortably carry the external equipment for LVAD recipients, freeing up their hands and easing their burden.
We are proud of this LVAD vest invention and we have received an overwhelmingly positive response from our happy LVAD customers, who are now empowered to say they are #donewiththebag!
I’m interested in this could I get some more information please
